WKLF-AM translator W238BS receives power upgrade

W238BS (95.5, 19 watts previously, relaying WKLF-AM) has received a big boost in power, to 175 watts.  Coverage should now extend all the way out past Thorsby to the north and Lake Mitchell to the east.
